SHIPPING INFORMATION

The products are delivered throughout Italy but also abroad.
Your order can be sent to an address of your choice (home, work, etc. – not a post office box). We typically ship within 24 hours for most items and approximately 72 hours for specific items. Shipping times are clearly advertised at the time of purchase. Shipping times are usually 2-3 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS
As usual, shipments include express service, transport costs, shipment tracking and signature on delivery to ensure the condition of the goods.

We offer free shipping on select products and paid shipping on other product categories. After placing an order, you will be contacted and informed of the shipping price.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
